Previous experience in child and adolescent psychiatric nursing a plus. Provides quality nursing services as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Works with the Medical Director and other staff to promote the health and well being of residents in our care. Various shifts available with some flex-time arrangements possible.

Direct care position supervising and caring for residents in their home-like environment and serving as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Conducts therapeutic skill-building groups and charts on progress.  Bachelor’s degree required.

Graduate of a bachelor's degree in recreational therapy program; currently a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) by the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC) or will obtain certification within one year from date of employment. Ideally, will have direct experience in recreational therapy and considerable knowledge of the principles, practices and rehabilitation techniques of recreational therapy in a mental health facility.
