 | Educational services include evaluation, instruction, remediation, I.E.P. development and implementation, academic coursework, and the opportunity to transition into a local public school program or post-secondary opportunities. G.E.D. preparation is provided when high school graduation is unlikely. Community liaisons enroll boys & girls in public schools when appropriate, to involve special needs youth with appropriate state and federal services prior to transition out of residential care, and to facilitate community work experience. Independent living courses & experiences prepare boys and girls for transition out of supervised living and toward independence. |
