| Your referral will be reviewed by the ITP-Indiana treatment team and you will be notified of the review and recommendations for your patient within 24 hours. ITP-Indiana provides a face-to-face assessment to ensure appropriate placement and effective use of resources. To help facilitate the transition of the adolescent into placement, an age-appropriate program handbook is given to the adolescent at the time of the interview. Program materials are also sent to the family. Tours are also made available. | |
