Developmental needs are considered in addition to age. |  | The resident has scored within the level of clinical appropriateness according to the ITP-Indiana assessment form for residential treatment center placement. |  | The resident cannot be maintained in an unlocked, less restrictive environment and requires a locked, highly structured family-like setting due to his being found gravely disabled and harmful or dangerous to self and/or others. |  | The resident presents with a severe to mildly complex set of emotional problems that affect several areas of functioning |  | The resident's family situation is significantly dysfunctional. |  | The resident can benefit from the program and is willing to participate in all aspects of the Cornerstone treatment program. |  | The resident is able in most situations and at most times to demonstrate behavioral control consistent with a residential placement. |  | The resident does not require on-going medical management. |  | The resident has at least a DSM IV Axis I diagnosis and may have other diagnoses on Axis II and III. |
| Criteria for Admission to the Ark Program contact 1-888-956-3182 |  | An innovative and compassionate treatment program for children ages 6-10 who have experienced significant problems and losses in their lives. Children admitted to The Ark have typically struggled with depression, oppositional defiant disorder, explosive behavior, attention deficit disorder, academic underachievement, sexual and physical abuse, family dysfunction and conduct problems. |
| Criteria for Admission to the Odyssey Program contact 1-888-956-3182 |  | A psychiatric treatment program for adolescents, ages 11-18, who have experienced repetitive mental health problems in their lives and, therefore, are often labeled as treatment failures. Adolescents in the program often have traumatic histories including: physical and/or sexual abuse, drug/alcohol involvement or addiction, gang activity, academic underachievement, significant family problems, and, at times, concurrent medical conditions. |
